We'd love you to enjoy our goodies made with lots of cookie love as soon as we send them off to your homes; however, the shipping companies we depend on are currently experiencing delays even with the hard work they're dishing. We ask for your patience as you await your goodies and promise that you'll enjoy them even more. Great things come to those who wait and we hope you don't have to wait for too long. Some Notes About Our Ingredients
All of our recipes can be changed to fit specific needs or diets, so let us know how we can adjust for you within the notes section found in checkout or by choosing the specified options. We list the ingredients we use on our packaging and will always make an effort to ensure your food is handled with the utmost attention and care. However, please bear in mind that although we are certified food protection managers, food handlers, trained in food allergens safety, and pride ourselves on minimizing contact and preventing cross-contamination between various ingredients known to affect those living with certain allergies, the kitchen does process food that include those ingredients (i.e.: peanuts, flour, tree nuts, milk, etc.). We cannot prevent the rogue flour or nut bit that may be in the air and some of the ingredients we use, even if not particularly one of the allergens, may be processed in facilities that do use those ingredients too. So, please feel free to ask any questions about the listed ingredients but always be as cautious as possible when purchasing. In extreme cases of nut, gluten or any other food or surface allergy, it's best that you avoid purchasing from The Brown Cookie Co in total. By willingly purchasing, you acknowledge that The Brown Cookie Co is not responsible for any negative effects of your handling or eating of our goods, due to the possible presence of the noted allergens or other ingredients. This includes sharing them too. No matter how much we'd love you to enjoy our goodies, and they are good, we'd love you to enjoy your life even more.
Refunds and Returns
If for any reason your Brown Cookie Co order isn't up to cookie par, for example, damaged upon delivery, missing any goods or any other oddity interrupting your enjoyment of the goodies
(exceptions: your neighbor's dog got to your package before you, you ate the goodies too fast and just want more, or any similar case), please reach out to us via telephone or email with as much detail as possible. You can use our contact link too. We take care of our natural cookie fans!
